If you have been on the path, you will know that Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants are moving from the third dimension up to the fifth dimension whether we choose to or not. This is where the Angelic kingdom resides. Yes – once the process is complete, you, your friends and family will literally be Angels, there will be peace on earth, and we will enter the Golden Age. Hard to believe huh? Well would you rather spend your days in terror of World War III? Or do you dare to think positively?
However, the process results in many possible symptoms and there are no NHS tests for Ascension of course, so if you have been sent from pillar to post by your GP and all results are negative, this’ll be why.
Dramatic weight loss or gain?
Itchy skin in various parts of your body?
Forgetting words or losing your train of thought mid-way through a sentence?
Is your daily spiritual practice taking you into such a profoundly peaceful state of nothingness you don’t want to come back?
Are you experiencing exhaustion despite little physical or mental activity?
Are your sleep patterns disrupted?
Are you experiencing mood swings from joyous bliss to deep sadness, and a sense of loss of purpose?
Have you been in Hermit mode for far too long?
These are just some of the numerous Ascension process symptoms, so if you’re experiencing some or all of them, take heart, rejoice, you’re making excellent progress!
If you’ve had enough of Hermit mode, join me in sharing your experiences online on the last Sunday morning of the month, between 10am and midday, in a safe space with others of like minds.
We will start each session with a guided visualisation followed by the topic of the month.
We will cover topics like
Personal Story Exchange
Spiritual Tool Exchange
Spiritual Teacher Exchange
Creative Exchange
I invite 7 of you to join me, and others of like minds, for £0, beginning on 31st May 2026 at 10am – 1pm on a Microsoft Teams/Skype call, and every consecutive last Sunday of each month at this time, going forwards. Let me know if you would like to attend. However, the process results in many possible symptoms and there are no NHS tests for Ascension of course, so if you have been sent from pillar to post by your GP and all results are negative, this’ll be why.
A Very Tasty Recipe
I’ve taken up cooking cordon bleu meals and OMG! This recipe is absolutely gorgeous…takes quite a lot of prep time but it’s more than worth it.
Mediterranean Cod Loin with Olives and Tomatoes for 1
Ingredients
For the cod:
- 1 (6-ounce) cod loin fillets, patted dry
- 1 dessertspoon olive
- Oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 dessertspoon olive
- Oil
- Garlic
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- Capers, drained
- Squirt of lemon juice
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and position a rack in the centre.
- Pat the cod loin fillet completely dry with paper towels to ensure a crisp sear.
- Season both sides of the fillet evenly with 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
- Place the cod fillet in the hot skillet and sear for 2 minutes without moving them to develop a golden crust.
- Carefully flip each fillet using a thin spatula and immediately transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake the cod for 8–10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- While the cod bakes, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a separate saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until they begin to soften and release their juices.
- Add the halved Kalamata olives and drained capers, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the dry white wine and simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the cod rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- Spoon the warm olive and tomato sauce over the cod fillets just before serving.
